Real Estate Sales Listing/Buying Agent

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
  • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing
  • Research the surrounding real estate market to determine the best listing price for the seller
  • Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments

  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Follow-up leads consistently
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process

As a Lincoln Select agent, you will:

  • Being responsible for meeting your prospecting quotas by working leads to increase revenue
  • Assist buyers & sellers in determining their needs and financial abilities while counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
  • Ensure clients have an exceptional real estate experience

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
  • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
  • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

  • Committed and motivated to exceed monthly goals & targets
  • Ability to quickly develop relationships & establish creditability
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently with strong time management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred

Interview Process:

  • First Interview: 20-30 Zoom Interview
  • Panel interview with our CEO, COO & Sales Coordinator (1 hour)
  • Participate in Sales Team Accountability Meeting (1 hour)

Compensation
$108,000 yearly
