If so I have an opportunity for two local residents. Our award-winning real estate team is looking to onboard 2 realtors. If you are not already licensed don't worry we will cover the cost of your real estate school!

This is an extremely financially rewarding career if you do the right activities and I will partner with you to help you get your business off the ground. Our first-year agents are expected to sell 25 homes making our organization the highest in the area for per agent transactions.

Almost 8 years into building Place of Knoxville we have created a place for select agents to have consistent business opportunities, a clear plan, and leverage while having a great life! We have a proven track record of coaching and leading agents so they can perform at their highest level.

We aren’t a traditional team that hires just anyone. We are selective. We are looking for team partners who exhibit commitment, grit, a good work ethic, and mirror our culture code. Someone who is ready to take action…Coachable and Driven.

  • Execute a lead generation lever weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, Hangout, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and other listing related services
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers


  • Team player
  • Licensed real estate professional
  • 1+ years of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning-based, growth-minded
  • Organized
  • Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
  • Excellent time management skills

$40,000 - $80,000 yearly
