Responsibilities

  • Responsible for meeting mutually agreed-upon contact, appointment, and transaction goals; 
  • Prospect for buyer and seller leads on a daily basis, with the goal of converting leads into new buyer and seller contracts; 
  • Serve as the key relationship contact for sellers and buyers. This results in effective conversion rates for leads into appointments, appointments into listing /buyer agreements, agreements into accepted purchase contracts, and ultimately into closed transactions; 
  • Follow-up on appointments set by the support staff with, but not limited to, buyers, referrals, sellers, for sale by owners, expireds, etc.; 
  • Develop and exhibit expert knowledge regarding local market conditions, pricing trends, mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all issues regarding homeownership; 
  • Provide high-level fiduciary advice on pricing strategies, needs analysis, staging homes for sale, the home search process, and offer negotiations; 
  • Consult with team support staff to coordinate transactions, ensuring the clients receive fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close;
  •  Participate in/host open houses; 
  • Attend team, industry, training, community and educational events.

Additional Requirements:

Active NJ Real Estate License, OR currently enrolled in classes.


Location:

While our team is headquartered in Short Hills, NJ, we are looking for agents who live or specialize across various communities in Essex, Morris, Bergen, Hudson, and Union counties.

Compensation
$100,000+ At-Plan Commission Income Annually, with additional unlimited potential
