We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents to join Momentum Realty. Agents motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. We need people to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.

Goal and Purpose: Take the guesswork out of real estate in order to maximize the conversion
of leads and provide a five-star experience.

This opportunity requires an accountable team to execute at a high level of conversion by following through with the systems and models provided by the team.

Looking for a customer-centric, motivated, and hungry realtor to work the overflow of leads that the team has created. The right agents for the team will be looking for fast-paced growth with a high level of accountability. This agent will be open to coaching, a positive mindset, and thrive in a team environment.

  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales

Additional Responsibilities:

● Attend a daily team meeting at 8:30 am

● 9am-12pm work in an office with team leadership to reach set dials per day

● Contact and follow up with leads

● Update CRM and track numbers on a daily basis

● Perform Buyer and Seller Consultations and pre-qualifications

● Agent Performance will be evaluated on a 30, 60, 90 basis in addition to weekly

coaching conversations.

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
