You’ll work side-by-side with Matt Greco everyday so you'll know exactly how to identify buyers and motivate them to hire you and our team to help them buy their homes.

You’ll receive daily role play training (so you know what to say to prospective clients), a weekly one-on-one coaching session with Matt (to keep you on track to your goals), and full participation in team events and activities so you’re an integral part of our fun, friendly, successful, and agent-centric culture!

30 days of sales training directly with Matt Greco will start upon your hire so you'll be comfortable and confident in the position before you speak with any prospects.

Your typical day you’ll speak with 20-30 people and go on 2-3 appointments.

You’ll arrive at work at 8:00am sharp and proceed to your dedicated phone prospecting desk to call local home buyers (all contact information provided), as well as interested prospects in our database, to identify someone who is interested in scheduling an appointment to discuss their home buying needs.

In the mornings you’ll be on the phone speaking with 20-30 people a day, in the afternoons you’ll be taking appointments.

Most people don’t think of real estate as a traditional sales role, but it absolutely is! The highest earning sales agents are full-time professionals who are – first and foremost – passionate sales experts. Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM.
  • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).
  • Convert leads from customers to clients.
  • Presenting to prospects.
  • Showing homes to clients.
  • Write and negotiate contracts for clients.
  • Guide 24 to 48 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year.
  • Leverage referrals from satisfied clients.
Qualifications
  • Active OH Real Estate Salesperson License, OR, currently enrolled in classes
  • Sales experience and a track record of success in any industry (No Real Estate experience required)
  • Pleasing demeanor and positive personality
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and love meeting new people
  • Can prioritize and multitask effectively
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
