Broker is a member of Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, New Bransfield, Tyler, and Lubbock MLS.

The position is 100% commission only.
- Assist buyer/seller/tenant/landlord clients with the home purchase/selling/leasing process including budgeting and pricing
- Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers/sellers
- Prepare representation contracts, listing agreements, purchase agreements
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- An established track record of successful Real Estate sales
