Responsibilities

  • Use our cutting edge marketing techniques to attract clients via social media channels
  • Have lunch, coffee, and meetings on a regular basis with your personal client database
  • Network locally to build long-lasting relationships
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
  • Consistent daily lead generation
  • The consistent daily lead follow-up to grow your sales pipeline
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Hold buyer consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home
  • Show properties that meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct open houses to promote brokerage listings
  • Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties, and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Hold listing consultations with potential sellers
  • Having fun
  • Help other team members to grow
  • Reach out via multiple communication channels, including phone calls, text, messenger, and video messaging
  • Conversations, plenty of conversations
  • Weekly accountability meetings
  • Daily optional sales meeting for those that need assistance
  • Daily optionals scripting for those that need the assistance

Qualifications

  • Past sales experience is preferred, not necessary

Compensation
$35,000 - $135,000 yearly
