Overview: Responsible for helping clients purchase a home using professionalism, knowledge of the market, and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities
- Determines the needs of each buyer.
- Previews and is knowledgeable of all team listings.
- Shows properties to qualified buyers.
- Writes and negotiates contracts on behalf of the buyers they are representing.
- Turns over all paperwork to the closing/transaction manager once the contract is ratified. Manages the sale and negotiates the repairs.
- Submits complete information per the Client Information Sheet when the contract is turned over to Transaction Coordinator.
- Utilizes all approved vendors/affiliates that support the Team.
- Attends the property inspection and appraisal.
- Supports the closing/transaction manager as the lead on the closing process.
- Contacts buyers weekly for brief “check-in” during the closing process.
- Conducts three open houses a month.
- Completely daily, weekly, and monthly tracking goal tracking reports on time.
- Uses the Buyer Exclusive Agent Contract with all clients.
- Performs a minimum of 20 lead generation conversations a day and one hour of lead follow-up activities a day.
- Role plays scripts and objection handlers every day.
- Attends all team meetings and yearly planning meetings.
- Participates in coaching provided by the Lead Agent.
Qualifications
- Maintains active Real Estate license and complies with state regulations and requirements.
- Treats all clients and team members with respect.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Expert knowledge regarding the local real estate market and statistics.
- Expert knowledge of the daily mortgage interest rates and any new loan programs available.
