ERA Evergreen Real Estate is looking for forward-thinking, tech-savvy Real Estate Sales Associates who are seeking an environment that allows them to learn and grow their business in a fun and enjoyable environment. Our brand new, state-of-the-art "beach cafe" concept office and kiosk in Coligny Plaza with 2.5 million visitors a year needs sales agents to both do up-time and base their business from that location. We also have limited openings in our Bluffton and Beaufort, SC and our Savannah, GA offices.
- Up-Time commitment (Coligny Plaza office locations only).
- Learn and utilize company provided-tech.
- Attend company events, meetings and training.
- Follow-up with leads.
- Nurture relationships.
- Hold buyer and seller consultations.
- Show and sell homes.
- Write and negotiate offers.
- Close deals.
- Must have a valid Real Estate License.
- Past sales experience is preferred.
- New unlicensed agents considered based on interview.
