Responsibilities

  • Committed to calling prospects daily
  • Promptly attend to assigned leads
  • Maintain expertise with market conditions
  • Responsible for showing high rise properties in the metro Las Vegas area
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Draft and prepare offers
  • Assist with the negotiation process for purchase contracts

Qualifications

  • Valid Nevada Real Estate License
  • Strong follow-up skills are mandatory
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales
  • Knowledge of MLS, Nevada Contracts and CRM systems
  • Valid Nevada driver’s license and dependable transportation with proof of insurance

Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000+ projected commission
