Responsibilities
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

  • Ensure potential buyers and sellers are well informed about their local housing market
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and host open houses for your clients
  • Prepare representation agreements and paperwork with the support of a team administrator 
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Help sellers get their homes ready to be listed
  • Navigate clients through the buying and listing processes
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and other parties to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Participate in daily team huddles for coaching, support, and growth

Qualifications
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Technology driven
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred

  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
$60,000 - $100,000 yearly
