Responsibilities
  • Create long-term relationships with buyers and sellers based on trust
  • Assist customers in purchasing and selling their most valuable asset
  • Must be organized, professional, focused and a team player
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • Spend 1-2 hours a day prospecting for new customers. 
  • Primary duties include follow ups, e-mail communication and overall management of sales pipeline
  • Provide world class customer service to prospects, buyers, and sellers
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
  • Must be receptive to feedback and open to growth
  • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively 
  • Enthusiastic and eager to keep up with the latest Real Estate trends 
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms 
  • Simple data entry 
  • Understanding of lead generation/distribution applications and delivery and Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to network and grow your business 
  • Strong phone communication skills 
  • Ability to quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Qualifications
  • Willing to get Florida Real Estate License within six weeks 
  • Real Estate experience (including but not limited to MLS reporting, entry and reconciliation) 
  • Must have computer skills to perform basic sales tasks 
  • Be a team player and coach able by the team coach 
  • Create and maintain an effective morning routine that guarantees success 
  • Commit to an "hour of power" five days a week to prospect for new business 
  • Stay balanced in the eight pillars of life 
  • Must be organized, a quick learner and a "go-getter" 
  • Verbal and written communication skills and ability to multi-task 
  • Possession of sales and marketing skills in order to sell effectively 
  • Enthusiastic and eager to keep up with the latest Real Estate trends 
  • Knowledge of Social Media platforms 
  • Simple data entry

Compensation
$60,000+ at plan commission
