Responsibilities
  • Tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with buyer leads
  • Schedule appointments with qualified leads
  • Win new clients by attending scheduled appointments/consultations to sell The Matt Ward Group real estate services to prospective clients.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships throughout the sales cycle, and proactively communicate with clients.
  • Conduct market analysis and explain market conditions to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate offers and successfully guide clients through the contract process through closing.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline through the sales cycle using our CRM
  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • High attention to detail with regards to contracts

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems and technologies
Compensation
$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
