Due to growth, The Stone Group at Keller Williams is hiring licensed real estate agents. We have more qualified leads that we can handle and therefore we need you! The ideal person would be decisive, self-motivated and have a consultative style. We are looking for an aggressive, competitive, high performer who is a persuasive, outgoing people person. This straight commission position has no ceiling on income. As a matter of fact, follow our system and performance standards and $75,000 is just a starting point.

Responsibilities


  • Networking and prospecting, using proven systems
  • Mastermind online lead conversion tactics
  • Showing properties and working with residential buyers
  • Follow-up leads in a timely manner
  • Aggressively prospect to drive more closings
  • Accurately track and convey sales productivity and sales metrics to management
  • Follow scripts to deliver team value proposition and handle objections

Qualifications

  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Must have an Active Real Estate license in North and South Carolina
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills required
  • Must be able to undergo a background check, in accordance with local law/regulations
  • Must have closed 3-5 transactions in the last year
  • Teachable with a stellar attitude
  • Works well independently and on a team
  • Provides exceptional experiences to ensure repeat business and referrals
