We are looking for dedicated Real Estate Sales Agents who are motivated and passionate about making the home buying experience as simple and streamlined as it can be. This person should be excited about joining a dynamic and fast-growing team.

Our model is unique, in that an agent works in a team setting to be supported while focusing completely on the client! Open to new or about to be licensed agents, who have a track record of phone excellence. We have more qualified leads than we can handle and are looking for someone like you!

What’s in it for you:

  • A base salary of $48,000 plus 10% commission on company leads (based on current averages and resources, an agent should make $115,000+ after training)

Your role:

  • Phone mastery through converting hot inbound leads
  • Relationship building through showings and follow up
  • Help clients figure out what will meet their needs
  • Be the clients partner through the process including negotiation for what they want


Your team support (aka what you DON'T have to do):

  • Lead generation including cold calling
  • Paperwork including offers and contracts
  • Scheduling showings and inspections
  • Templated instructions that make learning

Responsibilities
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills

  • Valid (or about to be) Real Estate License is required
  • Previous sales experience (including phone) is a plus

Compensation
$115,000+ (includes base + commission)
