We are looking for a sales professional, preferably with a real estate license (if not, we can help you get licensed) to meet with sellers and those considering selling their home. This is an ideal job for a skilled salesperson OR a new licensee who wants to hone their sales skills and earn the right to move up on a successful team.

Professionalism is a must. As a listing specialist, you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Practice, practice, practice: Usually in the office between 7:30-11am, afternoons are spent outside of the office (showings, appointments, etc.).
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through our databases 
  • Scheduling of appointments, emailing and outward prospecting/follow up phone communication 

Qualifications

In order to be a successful sales agent, you must be able to create and sustain healthy relationships with both colleagues and clients. 

  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Well informed and proficient in the use of technology
  • Ability to manage extensive work-loads and efficiently solve problems at hand
  • Must be team oriented

Real estate license not required to apply, but must be a licensed agent to join our team (experience not required). If you are interested in becoming licensed please let us know and we will show you the steps to do so.

Compensation
$70,000 - $100,000 (first year) $80,000++ (second year)
