• Confirm & prequalify clients from ISA preset buyer meetings; attend meetings and secure buyer's agreements from these team-provided leads/appointments
• Prospect, follow up, and set sphere appointments with your clients
• Participate in Redux's World Class Training! (Virtual - M-F, 9:00-9:30 AM)
• Serve your clients with passion & integrity
• Coordinate with your Transaction Coordinator to see your deals through to closing

• A Maryland Real Estate license is required, if you don't have one but are working on it, please apply!
• 1-2 years of successful experience in real estate sales, is preferable but not required
• Driven and determined mindset with the energy and follow through to achieve your goals
• A can-do attitude and the willingness to prospect for some of your own deals
• Desire and matching work ethic required to make 6 figure income
• Integrity and character to serve clients and represent the team well
