We have more clients than we can handle and are looking for an ambitious agent to join our growing team. This is a high volume outside sales position. We provide ready-to-act clients, not leads. This position is for Real Estate Agents who are looking for freedom from grunt prospecting, expensive marketing, and the unpredictable feast-famine roller coaster income.

You must be licensed and have some experience in residential real estate sales.

Compensation: 

$80,000 to $150,000 yearly to start

Responsibilities

  • Personable and able to connect with others on the phone and in person.
  • Represent sellers and buyers and act in their best interest.
  • Consistently build relationships with new prospective clients.
  • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value.
  • Prepare for and attend buyer and seller appointments.
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home selling/buying experience.
  • Always negotiate offers with the client’s best interest at heart.
  • Attend regular sales training
  • Willing to work with others in a team environment
  • Obtain a 5-star review
  • Submit necessary paperwork to support staff

Qualifications

  • A valid Real Estate License and Drivers License
  • Some real estate experience required
  • Proficient with technology
  • Self-motivated, self-managed, and driven by performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and multi-tasking ability.
  • Exceptional work ethic and time management skills.
  • Great people skills and a desire to succeed.
  • High degree of integrity and honesty
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally

Compensation
