Responsibilities

  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Ensure a personalized service with every transaction
  • Making outbound calls
  • Taking inbound sales calls
  • Be Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently

Qualifications

  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills are required
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
  • Be willing to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Must remain accountable to themselves and the team
  • Be willing to commit a full-time effort
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Compensation
$88,500+
