Responsibilities
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • Real estate experience NOT required, must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license
  • You will need to be excellent at time-blocking and building/managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM
  • Excellence in e-mail communication; coordination of multiple detailed client criteria and verbal sales mastery
  • Candidate must be team-oriented and learning-based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed

Compensation
$80,000 - $150,000 yearly
