As an Agent at The Anderson Group, you will learn the skills of winning new listing appointments, creating raving fans that are thrilled to hire us and then, how to negotiate to help achieve their goals of selling their home and buying another one!

You will prospect for, qualify, and follow up with lots and lots of client leads.

You will schedule new homebuyer appointments, then help them search and find the perfect home.

Then you get to negotiate for them and help them win the home of their dreams!

Responsibilities
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
Qualifications
  • Technology driven
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

  • Real estate experience NOT required must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate license.
  • You will need to be excellent at time-blocking and building/managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through the use of our CRM.
  • Excellence in e-mail communication; coordination of multiple detailed client criteria and verbal sales mastery.
  • Candidate must be team oriented and learning-based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
