  • Hold buyer and seller discussions to determine their housing needs and desires, and then identify a home that meets those requirements
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Follow-up on leads on a regular basis to increase the sales pipeline - follow-up is the name of the game
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Nurture relationships that connect with clients to generate more sales
  • Consistently reach out and follow up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Lead generate constantly to gain more real estate business


  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Must be within Colorado Front Range
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills are required
  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
