Responsibilities
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

  • Assist your Mentor with showings - scheduling, etc.
  • Prepare offers for your Mentor, call listing agents, learn the transaction process
  • Engage your sphere with outbound lead generation
  • Prospect for Mentor's open houses
  • Shadow Mentor's appointments
  • Prepare for listing presentations, buyer presentations and open houses
  • Learn side by side your Mentor to develop successful habits with daily agent activities

  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred

Compensation
$2,000 monthly + Bonus
