- Convert buyers and sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our benefits demonstration
- Complete VIP buyer/listing “paperwork” electronically and submit to your admin
- Show buyer properties
- Communicate with sellers weekly
- Submit offers weighted in buyer’s/sellers favor
- Negotiate/submit offers to sellers
- Negotiate best price and terms
- Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
- Review CD with buyer/seller client
- Attend closing and repeat
- Must have relevant licenses (driver’s license)
- Active Real Estate License
- No standing complaints at DORA
- Passionate about selling
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Must know CTME
- Must know ReColorado MLS
- Must know how to write Colorado purchase and sale agreements and listing agreements
- Be hungry and teachable!!
