Our team is growing quickly and we need an additional licensed real estate agent to work exclusively with our clients who are looking to buy homes! 

We provide everything you need to be successful, including sales manager support, experienced agent mentoring and a supportive culture unique to this industry. We have the best systems and resources to offer our agents, as well as an incredible support team to promote your success. Our Buyer's Agents will receive leads from our team sources - including our geo-farms, referrals from past clients and online lead sources like Facebook and Zillow - in addition to all of the leads they generate through their own efforts and activities. 

If you have the ambition and relentless drive to succeed and want to join a growing team with a culture of care, we want you!!! This straight commission sales position has no ceiling on income. 

Responsibilities
  • Grit, determination and an excellent communicator.
  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs. 
  • Quick to learn and implement new concepts.
  • Provide world class customer service to buyers. 
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice.
  • Consistently network to prospect for new customers.
  • Responsible for hosting 2 open houses per week (minimum).
  • Responsible for 25 contacts per day (125 per week).
  • Responsible for 3 buyer and 1 listing appointment per week.
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text and CRM.
Qualifications
  • Current Colorado Real Estate License or willing to obtain 
  • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly 
  • Organized and able to handle shifting priorities
  • Resourceful, detail-oriented, with a genuine desire to contribute meaningfully to your clients buying experience
  • Forward thinking
  • Proactive sales approach
  • Able to perform well under pressure and hold self to high standard
  • Ability to relentlessly pursue success through networking, relationship building and lead generation activities
