Required license or certification: Colorado Real Estate License



Responsibilities

  • As a Real Estate Agent at the Ben Kinney Team, you will tenaciously prospect for, qualify, and follow up with seller and buyer leads. You will schedule appointments with qualified prospects and conduct listing presentations and buyer consultations. You will write and negotiate contracts.
  • Best practice: in-office from 8:30-11 M-F and usually out of the office in the afternoons.
  • Building and managing the sales pipeline through the sales cycle through use of our CRM.
  • Scheduling of appointments, e-mail communication, coordination and outbound calling.

Qualifications

  • Must have or be willing to obtain a Colorado Real Estate license, at your cost.
  • Real estate experience not required. 
  • We provide training, coaching, and an abundance of resources to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
  • Candidate must be team oriented, learning based, possessing sheer grit and the will to succeed.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to prioritize workload, ability to anticipate problems, to find solutions, and to meet deadlines, and demonstrating past experience in using good judgement and initiative is a must.

Compensation

$100,000+ at plan commission
