The Edge Group is expanding into DeLand, FL! 

We're looking for proven or emerging talent that is looking to leverage our back end systems, lead generation, coaching, and accountability. 

Our team provides all of the above at a high level, and is looking for expansion partners to provide excellent service to customers in the Tampa area, while building their business. 

These partners are coachable, looking to build big lives, and have a positive impact on others around them and in their communities. 

These partners are also team players that are impacted by the success or failure of the team as a whole. 


  • Working with buyers and sellers as a consultative sales person
  • Negotiating contracts and repairs
  • Being involved with networking and community events
  • In the field prospecting
  • Reporting to regional director

  • We are looking for partners that help customers with at least 5 transactions per year and are looking to get to 24+. (there are exceptions based on interview)
  • Must be technologically inclined
  • Must be familiar with local real estate laws
  • Quick on your feet
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities
  • Passionate about selling and helping
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
