Responsibilities
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and/or leasing properties
  • Advise clients about the current market conditions, trends, and financing opportunities
  • Promote sales through marketing avenues, open houses and listing services
  • Develop and leverage personal network
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ values

Qualifications
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Technology driven
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized

  • Texas real estate license preferred (although we'll consider those working toward licensing)
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, and a pleasant and trustworthy demeanor

Compensation
$60,000 - $200,000 yearly
