Our growing agency is looking for a real estate sales agent who is self-managed and self-disciplined. The ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder and enjoys being part of a client-focused team.

Responsibilities
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
Qualifications
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Technology driven
Compensation
$85,000 - $100,000 no ceiling commission
