Responsibilities

  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Follow-up with leads to increase sales and build a referral business of your dreams
  • Learn the art of relationship building to fill your pipeline and book appointments
  • Monitor the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Ensure potential buyers and sellers are well informed about their local housing market
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and host open houses for your clients
  • Prepare representation agreements and paperwork with the support of a team administrator 
  • Prepare, submit, and negotiate offers on behalf of your clients
  • Help sellers get their homes ready to be listed
  • Work in an organized database that shows you current opportunities to follow up with
  • Navigate clients through the buying and listing processes
  • Learn how to effectively control your schedule so you avoid burnout and build a work-life balance you crave
  • Be coachable and the doors of opportunity will open for you
  • Participate in daily team huddles for coaching, support, and growth

Qualifications

  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • Technology-driven
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation
$60,000 - $125,000 yearly
