Who are we looking for?
This individual will take ownership of leads as if they paid for them themselves and adhere to established systems to convert at above-industry-standard levels. This person has the drive and tenacity to achieve or exceed productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries and the documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads.
Some of the business handled by the FSA will be self-converted from the phone call to the closing, while there will also be appointments set by other team members for the FSA to conduct and progress toward closing.
The Full-Scope Sales Agent’s activities directly affect the bottom line, and as such, they are deeply committed to the team achieving greater and greater levels of success, as well as to growing their own skills and developing into a leader within the team.
$85,000-$150,000. We have options for base pay with smaller commissions and lower total earning potential or straight commission with higher potential. Specific compensation structure is somewhat negotiable; however, our goal is to ensure every member of our sales team earns six figures annually.
