If you're a real estate sales agent who wants the most innovative real estate experience then look no further. This opportunity is for someone who considers themselves a forward thinker, is over the traditional model, loves to work from home, is tech savvy and wants an exit strategy.

It's a 2 step plan:

1.) Join our brokerage - The Brokerage commission structure is as follows:

80/20 split until 16K Cap and then 100% with Revenue Share and Stock Options - this is a new brokerage model platform

Monthly office bill is $50 plus your own MLS, CTM, Board dues, etc.

Conversion soon to be KV Core and CINC provided for no additional charge

ICON Agents get their entire Cap back in Stocks - it only takes approximately 30-35 transactions per year

2.) Then join my group, which by the way you brand yourself not me, and you work from home 

Our Team commission structure is as follows:

50 / 50 split for any deals where we provided the lead 

If you are a newer agent then a 10% mentor fee will be charged

Experienced Agents - no split on your personal deals

There are opportunities for both full time and part time agents on my team. This is not a traditional opportunity.


  • Research MLS listing for homes that meet Buyer’s specifications.
  • Be the authority on all things related to real estate, and the selling / buying process.
  • Develop and deploy your Sphere of Influence strategy (social networks, friends, family, etc.).
  • Prepare listing presentation package with above materials.
  • Discuss goals to be effectively selling / buying a house.


  • Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Passionate about selling.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies).

$100,000+ at plan depending on experience
