Our dynamic and fast-moving Real Estate team is growing and we are looking for a legendary person/agent to add to our Coeur d'Alene branch.

We are a technology-driven Real Estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system. We are relationship based and have found success in caring for our clients' needs and building lifelong relationships with them.

Responsibilities

  • Network, prospect for leads and spend time building new relationships and maintaining current ones with clients
  • Consult with clients and identify their needs
  • Provide clients with the very best professional service
  • Establish a prosperous and long-term Real Estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented Agents
  • Negotiate on your client's behalf to get them the best deal
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Stay current and educated on the current market conditions
  • Be a resource to clients with any questions or concerns they may have throughout the process
  • Stay in touch with clients after closing and continue nurturing your relationship

Qualifications

  • Current Real Estate license or willing to obtain. (We can help with this)
  • Customer service, sales, or Real Estate sales background preferred
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and discover client needs
  • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations
  • Ability to learn new tools, systems, and technology
  • Time management skills
  • The prospective Agent must be a high-school graduate and at least 18 years of age
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
