Real Estate Sales Agents - Full and Part-Time - Cincinnati, Ohio

Do/would you enjoy guiding home buyers and sellers through the purchase process? Do you take pride in providing exceptional communication and customer service? Do you do what it takes to help your clients achieve their goals?

The Nunnelley Team is hiring top-notch real estate agents full and part-time who exhibit these traits.

As a Realtor on our team, you’ll guide our buyer clients through every step of the home-buying process. For our clients who are first-time home buyers, you’ll help them better understand the purchase process. You’ll implement property searches, conduct home buyer consultations, conduct showings, perform market analyses, draft and negotiate offers to purchase, and serve as your clients’ advocate and adviser through the day of closing. You will also provide listing consultations to clients wanting to put their homes on the market.

We’re hiring people-oriented individuals with an outstanding and positive attitude. Our Real Estate Sales agents are dedicated to their craft and have a track record of success. Eager to embrace the systems, tools, technology, and mentorship that our team offers. We offer a supportive, learning-based work environment and a large database of leads. We also offer the administrative support, website, tools, training, and systems which help you grow your client base consistently over time. As a member of our team, you’ll apply our tools and systems as you create a rewarding, stable, and long-term career in real estate.

On our team, we will teach you how to leverage your time to earn more.

Top training for all agents! Training resources include online lessons, in-person help, and shadowing established agents. 

Experience is not necessary for this position - the desire to work and learn is required. The ability to work well in a team environment is mandatory!


  • Be able to have conversations with people who inquire using phone, email, and text
  • Maintaining appropriate communication with your clients' throughout the process
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
  • Able to handle, track and close several team leads per month
  • Be proficient in using computers and smartphones
  • Be a team player!
  • Present and discuss a strategic marketing plan
  • Full or part-time positions available


  • Full or part-time real estate agents are welcome to apply

  • High school diploma required
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Reliable and presentable transportation
  • A valid driver's license is required for this job!
