We’re looking to partner with a highly motivated and competent agent that can take on 10-15 new clients per month.

As part of our team, our agents will be set up for a level of success not seen by most individual real estate agents. Fully launch and get into higher production within weeks. (current team members are seeing 10x-12x growth)

Commission Only. In our program, as an experienced agent, you can earn more than $200,000 a year and a new agent can make SIX FIGURES their first full year!

• Set multiple appointments weekly to meet build rapport with new clients from our Zillow FLEX partnership
• Show homes to interested clients both in-person and virtually for our out-of-state buyers
• Follow-up with clients to move them forward in the process
• Educate and provide market updates and information to new clients
• Negotiate contracts and transactions
• Develop expertise in neighborhoods, schools, and all home-ownership issues
• Research and identify opportunities for clients

• Great attitude is a must!
• 7 day a week availability
• Active Illinois real estate license
• Ideally 12 months of real estate experience
• 1 - 2 million in production in the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
