  • We will show you how to generate both BUYER AND SELLER leads
  • You will break through your glass ceiling
  • Additionally, we have an option to add supplemental team generated leads for those who prove their skills to us
  • Meet and exceed sales/closing goals: monthly/quarterly/annually
  • Facilitate a smooth sales process with the buyer, real estate agent, and lender to ensure all aspects of the buying process is coordinated properly through closing
  • Communicate with mortgage lenders to confirm required documentation is received to ensure the loan processing is on track for closing on the essence date 

Responsibilities

  • Build your business to be recession-proof.
  • Learn to market yourself to generate new business
  • Assist buyers in finding suitable homes and prepare advantageous offers
  • Learn the tools needed to generate your own leads
  • Advertise properties through a variety of marketing techniques
  • Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
  • Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
  • Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
  • Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices


Qualifications
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

  • Must have a NC or SC Real Estate License or be on the path to obtain
  • Experience with Real Estate sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Open-minded and learning-based
  • Good knowledge of the local property
  • Desire to make money
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated

Compensation
$200,000 at plan commission
