Due to growth, the Dave Friedman Team at Keller Williams is seeking a Licenced Real Estate Agent to join our team! We have more qualified leads than we can handle and therefore we need you! Here is what it looks like for an Agent's Career and Life at Dave Friedman Team:

Money Freedom - All of our team members at the Dave Friedman team make a minimum of $80k to $300k+ after their first year of experience. If you already have the experience, you will get there that much quicker!

Time Freedom - Dave Friedman Team team believes in giving their team members autonomy while providing a framework to be successful. What this looks like is 2 hours in the office per week including valuable coaching, training, and team meetings. There are also over-the-phone team check-in meetings to assist with accountability and coaching. You’re looking at 40 to 50 hours per week.

Stress Freedom - Dave Friedman Team gives you inspiring, empowering, dynamic, powerful, and life-changing solutions to live well. We coach our team on eliminating stress and leading a level 10 life in Fitness, Family, Faith, Future, Finance, Friends, and Fun. You can now choose your own reactions by controlling your own life and your daily living will bring you joy and happiness. 

The ideal person should be decisive, self-motivated, and have a consultative style. We are looking for an aggressive, competitive, high performer who is persuasive, outgoing, positive, and a people-person. He/she currently has an active South Carolina Real Estate License. They also have a proven track record of excelling in their field and have made a big impact on the outcome throughout their career regardless of length.

The Dave Friedman Team is a team of high-level professional sales specialists that serves buyers, sellers and investors in both North and South Carolina. Our Hub is located in Charleston-Mount Pleasant, SC.

The candidate MUST HAVE their real estate license to join our team.

  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results
  • Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion
  • Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met
  • Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations

  • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
  • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
  • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
