Responsibilities

  • APPOINTMENTS - Our Inside Sales Team sets appointments for you
  • 1-on-1 Coaching for our Top Agents
  • High-Level admin support including Listing and Closing coordinators.
  • Marketing team to help you grow your business
  • Appointments set for you by our ISA team
  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your buyer and the other agents and sellers
  • Provide world-class customer service to buyers
  • Determine needs while building rapport
  • Follow-up with the client to ensure perfect customer service
  • Use active listing skills to help find the buyers find a home to their needs
  • “Always be consulting” by providing clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
  • Listing and Closing Coordinators to help you grow your business

Qualifications

  • The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or will Enroll NOW.
  • Positive Mindset
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Be a committed advocate for your client
  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capable of using CRM software to stay in contact with clients
  • Be an advocate for your client
  • Learning-based and growth-minded
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
  • Open to being coached by Mentors and leadership team
  • Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
