We need driven salespeople! In 2017, we sold over 300 homes and have set a goal of 500 for 2018. In order to do that, we need the very best salespeople on our team. This is not cold calling but our sales force is given approximately 25 leads per month that can turn into sales! Our sales team is also given a full support staff to manage the transaction so you can do what you do best - SELL!

Our team is a high profile, (I am sure you've heard us on the radio) top ranked real estate team and we need energetic, self managed/self disciplined buyer specialists to provide unparalleled service and direction to clients in the Stark/Summit county areas. The first step is to upload your resume and cover letter. We are looking for full time, driven individuals who want to work hard and reap the benefits. 


Responsibilities
  • Grit, determination, and a great team player.
  • Always displays a positive attitude, who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Possessing strong computer skills. 
  • Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and team members. 
  • Fast learner with an ability to think quickly on multiple levels. 
Qualifications
  • Hold, or actively working to acquire, a real estate license. (We can help you get one.) If you have past sales experience that's a huge plus.
  • Possession of Sales and Marketing skills in order to sell effectively.
  • Tech savvy. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity.
  • Flexible schedule and desire to constantly improve. 
Compensation
Salary: $50,000-$100,000+
