Responsibilities
- Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Hold consultations with buyers to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Create and effectively negotiate offers to purchase for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Must have or be willing to obtain Massachusetts Real Estate Licenses
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission
