• Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
• Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
• Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business
• Follow-up with leads to increase sales

• Advocate for all clients during the negotiation process
• Educate clients on the current market
• Provide post-closing care to all clients
• Be a team player and work together for the better of the company

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• Technology driven
• Great communication and social skills

• Must have a valid RECA Real Estate License or currently enrolled in the Real Estate Associates Program
