If you are interested in real estate because you are looking for a flexible schedule, or you like to look at homes, then this is not the best place for you. This would also not be a good fit if you didn't want to work most weekends. • Helping buyers and sellers in the purchasing and selling of their homes
• Working to network and build a database of clients
• Supporting other team members with listings and showings
• Attending training for open houses, contracts, and client management software
• Staying on top of market trends to help inform clients of the status of the real estate market
• Attending webinars and seminars to learn more about legal issues and updates on the real estate industry
• Attending bi-weekly team meetings

• Must have a valid California Real Estate License
• Valid California Driver's License
• Previous real estate experience is a plus but not a must
• Computer skills working with PDFs, electronic signatures, email communication, and word processors...to name a few

We are a client-focused boutique brokerage serving the Los Angeles Area. We also have a sister office in Orange County. It is our belief that there are many ways to build a real estate business with our agents and that it is about finding a system that works best for each agent.
