We are seeking smart, ambitious and self-motivating agents for highly rewarding full-time sales positions. In this role you will interact with multiple clients each day and help them with one of the most important decisions of their lives. Responsibilities
  • Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments and close for buyer agency agreements
  • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients
  • Schedule and show homes to prospective home buyer clients
  • Identify homes to show that meet buyers’ criteria
  • Prepare and host open houses
  • Write and submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
  • Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails
  • Educate buyer clients about home buying process
  • Regularly assure buyer clients that lead agent is involved and informed – Promote the team concept
  • Regularly attend team meetings
  • Attend all office training for working with buyer clients
  • Attend listing appointments
  • Actively promote and engage with other team agents to grow market share and positive team reputation
Qualifications
  • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
  • High attention to detail with regards to contracts
  • Some weekend and evening hours are required
  • Must have own car and clean driving record
  • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs
  • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals
  • Be prepared for challenges and confront them with a positive mindset and determination
  • Be customer focused with a positive attitude
  • Experience in real estate sales is a plus

  • Exceptional listening and questioning skills and able to unveil client wants and needs
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be customer focused with a positive attitude
  • MA Real Estate license is required, which consists of a 40 hour real estate class and passing a 2 hour exam
  • Real Estate / Realtor Experience is preferred however not required
  • This a people's person job. You must love working with people
Compensation
$80,000 - $120,000 yearly
