We have more leads than we can handle from Buyers and Sellers who are inquiring about the best South Florida communities. We can target our marketing to any building or neighborhood you want to work in South Florida. The Market in South Florida is expanding and we are looking for driven self-starters. Our business model is to take away the barriers to lead generation and marketing to let you do what you do best - sell homes.

If you are looking to raise your average sales price and increase the number of sales you're making, are an ambitious, self-motivated, polished real estate professional looking for a rewarding full-time sales position, and are ready for a fresh approach, you will love being part of Haute Team.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate and follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads provided by Haute Team for a minimum of 3 hours a day (i.e. calls, emails, text messages, CRM updates)
  • Schedule and attend showings in person with prospective home buyers
  • Schedule and attend listing appointments in person with prospective home sellers and show properties listed for sale to other agents and buyers
  • Negotiate purchase contracts and oversee negotiation on behalf of buyers and sellers
  • Communicate diligently with the team leader and a transaction coordinator to ensure the highest level of service to clients from initial contact through contract to close 
  • Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information   
  • Assist buyer clients with needed inspection services by providing access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc.     
  • Attend regular team and individual meetings as required (virtual and in-person)

Qualifications

  • Active real estate license with MLS access 
  • Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move their license 
  • Possess a valid driver's license and a car 
  • Good knowledge of the local market 
  • Full-time schedule with the flexibility to work after hours and weekends 
  • Proficient with computers (e-mails, Matrix-MLS, CRM system, Microsoft Teams) 
  • Proficient with smartphone applications
  • Proficient verbal and communication skills in English 
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually, with excellent interpersonal skills 
  • A self-starter able to set the standard by their own professionalism and positive attitude 
  • Must be energetic and self-motivated. Willing to do whatever is required to get the job done

Compensation
$100,000 yearly at plan
