Responsibilities

  • Be a committed advocate for all clients
  • Determine clients’ goals and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
  • Facilitate the negotiation process, inform clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, and ensure a fair and honest dealing
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
  • Display and market real property to possible buyers
  • Prepare necessary paperwork for purchase and listing deals
  • Maintain and update listings of available properties
  • Utilize team and develop your own networks, cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
  • Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
  • Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
  • Contribute to the team with knowledge, resources, and a cooperative attitude
  • Lead generate through agent’s database as well as team’s database and lead sources

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills both written and orally with all personality types
  • Calm and cool under pressure with a high degree of independence
  • Display excellent customer service skills
  • Self-motivated with a teachable attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Pleasant and trustworthy
  • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate-specific technology
  • Real estate agent’s or broker’s license
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills

Compensation
$103,000 - $129,000 yearly
