Whether you're just getting into real estate or have years of experience and want the support and growth a team can provide, our team can provide the opportunity for self-starters to build a very solid income without the limitations of a salaried job or the risk of starting from scratch with your own overhead.

In addition to being provided with access to a continual flow of new leads, our agents are assisted by our Operations Coordinator to handle much of the paperwork and coordination required to get clients from contract to the closing table. Our agents have access to excellent training and coaching from the team leaders, email templates, a robust CRM system, various tech solutions that streamline the sales process, marketing materials, and more. Everything you need to build a successful career. And all with nearly NO overhead! (~$500/year)

With the systems and processes, we have in place, a focused and committed agent working 45-55 hours a week, an annual income of $50,000+ is very attainable in their first year, with a $50,000 - $100,000+ income being a very realistic expectation for the job.

One of the unique things our team offers that many don't offer is the opportunity to work with both buyers and sellers, rather than being limited to being exclusively a buyer's agent.

  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline

  • Consistent daily followup with incoming leads via phone calls, texts, and emails at least 5 days/week
  • Work with leads to identify their search criteria and find homes that match their needs
  • Showing homes to buyers in the NW Atlanta area (primarily Cobb, Bartow, Paulding, and Cherokee counties)
  • Listing consultations with potential sellers
  • Prepare offers, buyer agreements, and other contract documents
  • Negotiate offers and repairs on behalf of clients

  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently

  • GA Real Estate license or the willingness to become licensed
  • Willing to work some nights and weekends
  • Self-discipline with schedule and time management
  • Ability to commute in the Cobb/Bartow/Paulding/Cherokee county areas for showings, meetings, etc.
  • Not afraid of being on the phone... a lot (1-2 hours a day with followup calls)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally via email and text
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
