New licensed agents that join the team are able thrive in any market with leads/opportunities that we provide. 

We provide the training and support available to help you take these leads and open escrows. We also provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within your first year. SRE offers ample continued education opportunities to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

• Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
