My name is Jay Lieberman. I run the LIEBERMAN REALTY GROUP real estate team based in Westlake Village, CA at Keller Williams World Class. We are looking for real estate agents who want much more out of life, who want to become part of something greater than themselves, operate by different principals and who want to make an impact on their clients and community.

In order to accomplish this, our team is built on the back of our Media Company, our unique Value Driven Approach to Selling Homes, documented in our Book by the same name, and through our giving arm, Impact Club.

Relationship Building: The Media Company consists of many platforms. The Conejo Podcast show, hosted by The Liebermans, the Lieberman Letters original content newsletter, the weekly content-based email blast, and the Teams social media platforms. Relationships are built and strengthened through the Media Company channels by spotlighting various business owners, charitable heads, community and thought leaders in the community.

Community Impact: We are the co-founders of a local charitable giving club called Impact Club Conejo Valley, which meets quarterly and donates tens of thousands of dollars to member nominated charities.

Additionally, we will be available on a continuous basis as mentors before, during and after transactions.


Now, this is not just my team. This is our team. And any agent on the team will be required to:

  • Have the ability to work closely with others in a team environment. 
  • To share your opinions and visions with the team that will have an impact on clients and the community, as well as the direction of the company. 
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Strong organization skills. 
  • Likes to talk to other human beings. 
  • Ability to take input and constructive criticism from members of the team. 
  • Strong familiarity with various social media platforms. 
  • Ability to voice opinions and to accept a challenging alternate viewpoint. 
  • A strong desire to make impact on the community by putting the client first. 
  • And again, most importantly, be open and excited to work in a non-traditional real estate environment. (i.e. NO cold calling, door knocking, marketing tactics, drip marketing, etc.)

  • Have an active real estate license. 
  • We don’t care if you went to college. We don’t care if you are a rocket scientist. Some of the greatest people we have worked with have only a high school diploma. But, we do require you possess the character traits mentioned above.
  • Must be task oriented. 
  • Must be self-motivated. 
  • Take great pride in your work and what you stand for. 
  • Have a database of friends, family, contacts, associates.

He has transacted over $1 Billion in transactions in homes, condos, apartment buildings, office, retail and mixed-use properties. It is in residential real estate that Jay finds the most satisfaction. Jay also practices real estate law. Michelle previously practiced family law for many years and brings that level of attention, emotion and detail to the team's real estate transactions.
