My name is Jay Lieberman. I run the real estate team Lieberman Realty Group, Inc. in Westlake Village, CA at Keller Williams Realty. We are looking for someone who wants much more out of life, who wants to become part of something greater than themselves and who wants to make an impact on their clients and community in many different ways. We are looking for someone who wants a fresh start with a team and who practices a unique approach to selling property, unlike the rest of the industry. 

If you are comfortable with the word "tactics" as it relates to obtaining clients, this is not the position for you.

However, if you want to wake up in the morning proud of yourself, your teammates, and your connection with your clients, you may have found a home. Let's see...

We require: 

  • The ability to work closely with others in a team environment. Everyone has a say as to involvement, changes and input.
  • You to share your opinions and visions with the team that will have an impact on clients and the community, as well as the direction of the business itself. 
  • Training in our unique documented approach to selling property and have access to our media platforms and how they relate to the business (i.e. the Podcast show, the monthly print newsletter, the weekly emails, our local charitable giving club Impact Club and our book which documents our unique Value-Driven Approach to sell Real Estate). 
  • Learning how to present and apply the approach that will help your clients achieve incredible results.
  • Your database of at least 50-100 contacts that are close to you, which will be input into our system for constant communication on your behalf.

Additionally, we will be available on a continuous basis as mentors before, during and after transactions.

You will be provided with all content to your database in the form of story based content about the team, your character as an agent on the team, our community outreach, client stories and client success case studies.

  • Most importantly, be open and excited to work in a non-traditional real estate environment. (i.e. NO cold calling, door knocking, marketing tactics, drip marketing, etc.)  
Qualifications
  • A college education is not a qualifier as some of the best people we have worked with have no college education. 
  • We are looking for someone who is task oriented.  
  • You must take great pride in your work and what you stand for.
  • Have or be willing to get a real estate license.
Compensation
$100,000+ at plan commission

It is in residential real estate that Jay finds the most satisfaction. Jay also practices real estate law. Michelle previously practiced family law for many years and brings that level of attention, emotion and detail to the team's real estate transactions.
