We are seeking a motivated individual to assist the Lead Agent by showing homes to Buyer Clients.

You must be a licensed in the state of Georgia as a Real Estate Agent to be a Showing Agent/Buyer's Agent for the Lead Agent and you will receive a split of the commission.

You will shadow the Lead Real Estate Agent for additional learning and mentorship and be able to grow and develop into a Full-Time Real Estate Agent.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients
  • Assist lead agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria as specified by the lead agent after the buyer consultation
  • Lead generate for team leads
  • Attend buyer consultation sessions with buyers
  • Attend inspections and appraisals
  • Prospecting for clients
  • Return all calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Ability to have follow up with clients, add to database, make lead and follow up calls
  • Ability to host open houses on weekends if not showing homes
  • Assist lead agent in writing offers and doing paperwork
  • Actively promote the Ben Kinney Team to personal sphere while receiving referral income

Compensation
$30,000 to $36,000 commission based, based on performance
