We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent or Broker! (New or Experienced). You can work as a Buyer's Agent or Seller's Agent or both. Want to make a lot of money and work with talented people? Love helping people find the home of their dreams? So do we!

We're open to both a full-time and part-time agent. Responsibilities
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Qualifications
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Great communication and social skills
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
Compensation
$115,500+ in commissions
